The local staff are friendly as always and give good advice. However, I am very disappointed that I had an inspection in October 23, which caused costs in the 4-digit range, but an obvious and very serious defect was not discovered! As a result of this defect, my car would have been a total loss. When you are on site, my impression was that it is always very busy and the technicians are very stressed and short tempered. I've been a customer for a long time and have always been satisfied, but I don't like these developments.
