Since the Thomas dealership became part of the Kropf Group, it has been virtually impossible to reach a local contact person. You are only ever forwarded to the head office, which then promises to call you back, which either doesn't happen at all or only two days later. The local staff are friendly as always and give good advice. However, I am very disappointed that I had an inspection in October 23, which caused costs in the 4-digit range, but an obvious and very serious defect was not discovered! As a result of this defect, my car would have been a total loss. When you are on site, my impression was that it is always very busy and the technicians are very stressed and short tempered. I've been a customer for a long time and have always been satisfied, but I don't like these developments.

I was very satisfied with the whole process, i.e. making an appointment, reminder from the dealership (nice service), information in advance from the technician, good advice and correct cost estimate. I didn't award the maximum points because, as a layman, I don't have enough specialist knowledge regarding alternatives. I was absolutely satisfied purely in terms of how I felt.
