I got to know Daniel not only personally as a participant but also as an instructor. The first impression has been more than confirmed and I am proud to have made the decision to complete the training. On my way to more mobility, health and weight loss, I met Daniel at a workshop and then signed up for individual coaching. It was an exciting 8 weeks, through which Daniel accompanied me super. It was the start of a sustainable change: in the meantime, exercise routines have been integrated into my everyday life, I have reduced my weight, my eating habits have been changed and much more. Daniel also helped me mentally to become looser and lighter - in my private and professional life. With Daniel's help, I have finally found the way to implement all this permanently. With his intelligent and smart RAUSCH method, a wonderful and all-around positive development can take place within 12 weeks.
