I highly recommend Angelika Speth! With her empathetic and attentive manner and the BGT technique (systemic image, Gestalt, and trauma therapy), I was able to quickly find an inner solution for myself. I find the technique very effective, as visualizing on paper and working through the process in the image allows you to recognize and process problems more quickly. So I can only express my heartfelt thanks for this support!
