Die Kommunikation (Anfrage / Offerte / Machbarkeit etc.) war über WhatsApp schön unkompliziert & schnell. Ich hatte schöne vergoldete Ohrhänger mit Rauchquarz, die schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen waren. D.h das Gold war stark abgenutzt und sah eher silbrig aus, der Stein komplett stumpf. Ich konnte sie nicht mehr tragen. Da es aber ein wunderschönes Design ist und es früher meine Liebslings-Ohrhänger waren, habe ich Avital von Purajoya kontaktiert. Sie hat den Schmuck in kürzester Zeit aufbereitet und mir zurückgeschickt. Es sieht aus wie neu - bzw. fast noch besser ;-)
Alles glänzt und funkelt - es sieht wieder richtig edel und qualitativ hochwertig aus. Bin unglaublich zufrieden und happy mit der Entscheidung, die Ohrringe endlich wieder aufbereitet zu haben.

Ich bin super froh, jemanden gefunden zu haben, der auch Modeschmuck repariert. Ich hänge sehr an diesen Stücken und kann sie nicht neu kaufen, wenn sie also kaputt gehen und ich sie so professionell reparieren lassen kann, ist mir das sehr viel wert. Avital hat mich super beraten, war immer sehr schnell mit Rückmeldungen und hat alle meine Wünsche erfüllt. Sie hat mir auch Vorschläge gemacht, die vor allem mein Armband (Versilberung) nun noch schöner wie vorher gemacht hat. Bin super glücklich mit dem Ergebnis und werde Purajoya sowohl weiterempfehlen, als weitere Aufträge von mir wieder ihr anvertrauen :-)
