Since the portal didn't really work in the test, we quickly took out a monthly subscription after contacting the owner. The portal ran so badly that not even the invoices are visible in the admin portal. In any case, I am trying to get out of this subscription under owner Mike has not been available for 2 months, no call back etc.. I now almost only have the option of reporting the booking on the credit card as fraud. Personally, I am more than disappointed with this customer service. The support is also unavailable, as it is a reselling or one-man company.

Unfortunately, the presentation is incorrect. We even provided free support at his first online event. But often the problem is in front of the screen. If the users are not able to use the software, then it is not the manufacturer's fault, especially if other customers can do it without any problems. They have also been told several times that the invoices are sent by email and cannot be called up in the portal. If you enter an incorrect email address for sending invoices, it is unfortunately not our fault. This is even an additional expense for us, as we had to send you the invoices manually.

I chose the live interpretation from German to English. Overall it was very good and clear. Some of the topics were quite complex and hyper-abstract even for those who are in the business, and there were some technical problems, so overall I think the interpreter did a very good job despite of those obstacles.
