Since the portal didn't really work in the test, we quickly took out a monthly subscription after contacting the owner. The portal ran so badly that not even the invoices are visible in the admin portal. In any case, I am trying to get out of this subscription under owner Mike has not been available for 2 months, no call back etc.. I now almost only have the option of reporting the booking on the credit card as fraud. Personally, I am more than disappointed with this customer service. The support is also unavailable, as it is a reselling or one-man company.
