I felt understood through your words, can now trust my perception better, feel understood in me and confirmed in many respects. I look at myself and my life so far in a milder and friendlier way. Some things I can now accept as belonging to me or as a life theme. Many things became clearer to me, with which I had previously struggled. Your summary is super helpful to follow up and our online session was very beautiful, trusting and your words so mindful and appreciative, that I feel through this and with my "stars" today actually really gifted. Which, however, at that time in the concrete situation - without this background knowledge - did not always feel like a "gift" ;-) Today it is one for me! I learned various relaxation techniques with Anna-Sophie and now I find peace more and more quickly, I get out of the mental carousel and actually find it easier to sleep. The 8 weeks have really changed something, the individual training was really relaxing. And she really has a very pleasant voice!
