Ist eine richte gute, sehr freundliche Mannschaft. Allerdings finde ich in meinem Fall, dass ein Einbau über eine Stunde mit über 1000 Euro (incl. Mwst) zu hoch ist, Und ich habe selbst noch mit transportieren geholfen.

Grundsätzlich ist es bei unseren Montagen so, dass wir zum Festpreis anbieten in welcher auch Anfahrt/Abfahrt und weitere Vordispositionen & Nachläufe enthalten sind. Der Festpreis dient im hohem Maße auch zur Sicherheit für unsere Kunden. Es kann manchmal auch wirklich schneller gehen als geplant. Allerdings sind wir sehr bemüht alle unsere Kunden gleich zu behandeln. Ich würde trotzdem vorschlagen, dass wir nochmal darüber sprechen sollten. Ich denke das wir Ihnen da eine kleine Freude machen können. Im übrigen freut es mich sehr, dass Sie mit dem Produkt und unserer Leistung zufrieden waren. Viele Grüße R. Saadi (Geschäftsführer)
