I am very well satisfied and I am happy every day when I come to my new apartment. It has turned out great! I had a contact person at all times during the construction phase, also with advice regarding the personal contributions. Wishes were taken into account. The work went quickly and was done very cleanly. I would hire Raumfabrik again at any time!

Very personal support with honest and needs-oriented advice. Arrangements work out and the craftsmen used know what they are doing. Everyone seems to enjoy their job and even unusual tasks (e.g. taking care of the family cat Dumbo with an individual cat flap solution) were done creatively and cleanly. Special challenge was that the renovation was done while we lived in the house with children. Privacy and trust were respected. Also the cost plan was kept super, despite working on an old house there were no nasty surprises. It was fun and the result is great!

From the initial planning to the implementation, from the professional competence and friendliness to the precise craftsmanship, the entire team convinced us.
