Marcel Rayani and Ingrid Rayani handled the sale of our condominium in a very professional, prudent and committed manner within only 14 days (from publication on Immonet). They demonstrated an excellent eye for the strengths of the property and the right group of buyers. We always felt very well looked after during the sales process and particularly appreciated the pleasant and intelligent way of dealing. Without this broker, this project would not have succeeded so well.

Mr. Rayani- a knowledgeable, sympathetic and highly recommended real estate agent
The apartments to be brokered had previously been entrusted to a brokerage firm with whose performance we were totally dissatisfied. The task now was to give the attractive but poorly marketed apartments a new, adequate image. Right from the start, Mr. Rayani mastered the situation, which was certainly not easy, with aplomb, technical expertise, creativity and - vis-à-vis his predecessor - in an extremely fair manner.

A total package with heart and mind! We have traveled a lot with the family and have also purchased real estate several times. I am honest when I say that my relationship with real estate agents was very disturbed after several years and a lot of negative experience. Mr. Rayani has shown me that it can be done differently and better. For him it is not only a job. He makes the profession out of vocation. As a client, one is very alert and notices very quickly whether a broker is authentic and means it honestly or whether the customer is just being talked into something. But unfortunately, so many brokers don't realize that. Mr. Rayani is not just a broker: he is a subject matter expert, a consultant who understands his craft 100% and also has good tips in store. If it were otherwise, you can believe me, I would have expressed that here also accordingly clearly!

We had asked Mr. Rayani to take into account the difficult situation in the house where the apartment we were going to rent was located, already in the selection of interested parties. Thus, we did not have to meet the many prospective tenants who would like to rent the apartment in order to decide. For this we are very grateful. In addition, Mr. Rayani was - successfully - very eager to sublet our apartment quickly, which was desirable for quite a few very different reasons. Mr. Rayani had a very good personal relationship not only with us, but also with the previous tenants and the prospective tenants. Agreements and appointments were kept on time, although in the end it was very urgent and rushed for the broker. We are very grateful to Mr. Rayani and will use him again for our next rental and recommend him in any case.
