Willy Metzeler is a competent, open and constructive coach who brings a humorous touch and warm-hearted manner to his coaching sessions. I initially contacted him with a rather open wish for coaching and personal development. In a preliminary meeting, he took his time listening to my story and suggested a coaching involving the PSI-theory according to J. Kuhl. The PSI-test and its results, which Mr. Metzeler discussed with me in detail in ensuing coaching sessions, left me with very valuable, sometimes surprising and new, always thought-provoking insights for both my professional role in a Max Planck Institute and my personal life. The coachings were conducted in a virtual setting; nonetheless, I found it easy to establish trust with Mr. Metzeler and enjoyed the sessions with him very much. I am certain their benefit will be long-term and lasting.
