Mr. Lobenz unfortunately gave me extremely poor advice regarding a real estate matter. His information regarding the calculation of living space was incorrect and resulted in considerable inconvenience. I was very disappointed in his service and cannot recommend his services. Please be careful when working with him!!!!!!!

Many thanks to Mrs. Manuela Müller for the super nice contact around the complete financing of our cottage! She was available at any time via different ways - on site, by phone, by mail or WhatsApp. Also the cooperation with the broker has worked great so that we have "problems" only when they were already solved! And yet we were always up to date!!! In summary, we can only say: super nice, competent, empathetic, needs-oriented and 100% to recommend.

Unfortunately, I have to say, I was very dissatisfied. We had made contact in January 2021, as follow-up financing was due for our property. We had submitted all documents and we were waiting for a financing offer. We are still waiting today. No one answered the phone anymore and no other response. Fortunately, we took care of it again in time and still lost valuable time and had to accept a higher interest rate. Thank you regional real estate for this. 😡
