It was possible to organize the arrival and departure individually, depending on your preferences.
The trips and excursions on offer are certainly very price-intensive, but it was possible to do some of them cheaper yourself. The care provided by the expedition team was great. Very informative and helpful. Always friendly and open to any questions. The culinary provision far exceeded expectations. Norwegian cuisine is top notch and not just great fish and shellfish.

Yes, I would recommend it to others. It was a great trip.
The only real disaster was the distribution of the suitcases at disembarkation. Despite the colorful ribbons, the suitcases were not taken off board in the announced order (black first)......... and then there was only one man in the hall, completely overwhelmed and distributed the many suitcases by shouting!!!!!!! Some of the suitcases with black ribbons only arrived at the very end. And it was precisely these people who had to get to a flight/train quickly. It's quite clear that this can't work with 500 passengers!!!!!!!

Overall, I would describe your advisory service as good to very good. The points we discussed all applied during the trip. The service and friendliness of the crew were perfect.
There is one point to complain about. For this trip and for the period of the booking there was a promotion in the form of a free excursion to the North Cape. This was not accepted on board and we subsequently had to pay the amount of NOK 3700. I would like to have this amount back. I can email you an invoice for this. Now it's your turn

I am sorry that the Hurtigruten shipping company did not send the information about the free North Cape excursion to the ship. As the shipping company employee told you on the phone, you will of course receive a full refund from Hurtigruten.

A big compliment to the advice provided by Mr. Kock. The expedition trip with "Otto Sverdrup" Hurtigruten made all our wishes come true. From start to finish, it was one of the most successful vacations I have ever experienced. The entire team on the ship was so friendly, accommodating and fulfilled our wishes. The expeditions ashore were so well organized and interesting. We were also involved in the work of the expedition team on board through lectures etc. The food was great! No matter what, everything worked out perfectly. I can recommend it more than 100%. Many thanks Mr. Kock !!!!!!!!!!!
