We were very surprised. The difference between the big travel companies and small, privately run travel agencies is the advice. We received excellent advice from Ms. Löhl, with sufficient time and without pressure. It is also very important to us that smaller private companies are also supported. We also did not have to pay a consultation fee of 30/40 euros before the consultation, as with DER or Wörlitz Tourist, which we describe as impossible and customer-hostile. We will certainly book our next trip with the Löhl company.

I would like to mention that this is not the first time I have traveled with Reisekontor Löhl.
I am the type of person who prefers the carefree all-round package, i.e. the all-inclusive trip, starting with the scheduling of the personal meeting, where my concerns were always fully taken into account. Then the consultation (here I would like to thank Mrs. Frank), which ultimately always led to a positive result for me.
And then the conclusion of the contract, where all options including insurance were discussed.
Booking the seats on the plane was also never a problem.
Should problems arise, this travel agency always tries to solve them as quickly as possible.

So, I feel that I am in good hands there because they take care of everything from start to finish.

I am happy to recommend Reisekontor Löhl without any ifs or buts!
