Mr. Volker Biwer has convinced us in the whole phase of the house sale, from the valuation, to the presentation of our property through video recordings, the open house event, which I personally found to be a great idea. All agreements made were implemented to our complete satisfaction both in our sense and in the sense of the new owners. Appointments were always agreed quickly and were also kept on time. Due to the good preparation and handling, not many appointments were necessary at all.
