A very cordial, open and fair interaction led very easily and quickly to the purchase of a BYD Atto 3. The initial conversation, which was originally just a contact and loose interest, very quickly became a binding contact, because the personal approach of Mr. Petri was simply stunningly open, warm and friendly. No sales tricks, no learned approach in the consulting process, no artificiality. Exactly the opposite: cordiality, openness, honesty, no sales pressure, clear naturalness and yet offensive information and active support in my open questions or my lack of knowledge about the new BYD car.
Conclusion: An all-around best cooperation with the quick FINALE FURIOSO - i.e. the decision to buy a beautiful red BYD Atto 3.
Keep it up and five stars for Best Togetherness. I will be an active full referrer for your dealership, especially for Mr. Petri.

My experience with the Riess Group goes back a long way and I have only had good experiences. Whether it was the advice I received when ordering a new car or the quick assistance I received in the event of vehicle problems, the employees were always friendly, helpful and looked for quick solutions (even during peak times such as Christmas or the vacation season).
The team in Ravensburg surpassed themselves when I picked up my new car 14 days ago. The form of the handover, the presentation, everything was individually tailored to me and had a wow effect (thank you Mr. Bergmann and Mr. Keller for this moment of joy).

The pickup of the new vehicle was scheduled in conjunction with the delivery of a lease return. For this purpose, an appointment was made with an appraiser to inspect the returned vehicle. The receptionist at Autohaus Riess was not informed of this fact, although the seller was aware of it. The appraisal was not carried out by a hair's breadth. Better coordination between the seller and reception would be a useful improvement.
