Individuelles Training, Spass, Motivation, Abwechselung, offensichtliche Erfolge, Zielsetzungen... alles Vorhanden. Ich hatte bei Danny noch nie das "ich hab heute kein Bock auf Training" Gefühl! Hier macht Training einfach nur Spaß!

Man kommt an seine Grenzen.
Muskelkater ist nach jedem Training garantiert, so weiß man, was man getan hat.
Kann ich jedem empfehlen. Man brauch keine Geräte und trainiert jeden Muskel mit, durch das Training was Danny einen immer individuell zusammen stellt.
