Dear Sandra,

If I were to write down the individual sentences of your reading, I could write a "Yes" behind each one of them. You have described my current situation so aptly and also answered my unspoken big question. I didn't formulate it in my order because I didn't really know what I wanted to know. And then I was deeply touched.

I think that the video will accompany me for a long time. Perhaps there will be roads ahead of me, where I have to look at the reading daily and I will do that!

Shortly after watching it for the second time, I began to bring my dream out of my head and into real life.
Next to me are rows of written down cues, about what to do now.

This morning, as if by itself, a concept emerged in me. Everything came flying in, so I didn't know at all what to write down first.

I was allowed to receive several sessions with Sandra with the Emotion Code to release my heart wall. Since I know and use the Emotion Code myself, I was very excited. I find it difficult to work on the topic of the heart wall myself. I can see how well the Emotion Code helps, especially with my children.
During one session Sandra even felt that she should start a good 10 minutes later, which was exactly right, even though she didn't know what was going on with me that morning. We only discussed this afterwards.
Sandra is a very sensitive person and picked me up exactly where I was. I was lighter after all the sessions, I am very grateful that some things were released and allowed to go.

I've been having problems with my knee for a while and have tried a few things and then came across Sandra.
