We were very satisfied with the sleep consultation by Ms. Kleinert.
She gave us very good information and information about the quality of sleep and also about the nature of the mattresses and material.
We were also very satisfied with the carpentry work and the construction of the bed.
The construction was quick and clean.
The carpentry is highly recommended.

The collaboration was always highly professional, the result - despite adverse structural circumstances - absolutely convincing. The atmosphere was always relaxed, but totally customer-centered, factually focused and goal-oriented. The price corresponds to the top performance offered (consulting, planning, execution, material) and is therefore justified.

The advice given by the Kleinert couple was above-average, competent and personal. Both responded to the needs and wishes of the customer in a friendly atmosphere and took plenty of time both during the initial consultation and when the goods were delivered to find out the best solution tailored to the customer.
A smooth process was also preprogrammed and guaranteed during the disposal.
I will gladly recommend the Kleinert & HeiaPopeia joinery to others.

It was absolutely impressive to me how individually the bed system sold by HeiaPopeia can be adapted to the specific needs of the customer. Ms. Kleinert advised us with great expertise and took a lot of time to optimally adapt the sophisticated bed system to our needs. Now I at least sleep on my back from time to time - as it is healthiest - and feel comfortable doing so. In the old bed, I didn't sleep so well lying on my back. If a healthy sleep is worth something to you, then you are in good hands here!

Mr. Kleinert's "flow charts" for all craftsmen involved in the project are "the balance- so everything works out in the scheduled time frame. All projects that we have carried out with the carpentry Kleinert have worked well and the quality of work and "hardware" leaves nothing to be desired- gladly again!
