Hello Wittig family, thank you very much for your feedback. The salesperson with whom you had the appointment was actually still in a sales meeting with another customer, which was delayed by a few minutes. According to our clock, it was 4:15 pm when you left and our salesman was then looking for you. Since we had already said goodbye to each other in customer service (after you had picked up your vehicle from maintenance), I couldn't tell that you still had an appointment at the dealership. Of course, that's not how it's supposed to work - sorry!
I'll call you later so that we can arrange a new appointment.
