We had planned to be in Cape Coral for last Thanksgiving, but the devastating hurricane and the impact of it made it impossible. The Seabim team did an awesome job communicating through their blog but also personally with us during that time. We decided we wanted to support Seabim and the local businesses and instead of taking the refund we could rebook to this year's Memorial Day week.
Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Zeladace - which was also a slight but free upgrade due to some maintenance work needed at the house of our initial booking.
It was the second time in Cape Coral staying at a Seabim managed property. Everything was perfect, very short response time in communication before our arrival, great flexibility, perfect condition of the house and all its amenities. Our kids loved the pool with with the spa area.
It's always the most relaxing of all vacations for us during the year, as you have all these really nice houses, great views of the canals, the pool, the al fresco dining... Can't wait to go again soon.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Stillentim this past January. While the weather wasn’t ideal(it was quite chilly!!), the house more than made up for it. It had every amenity you could think of, was supremely clean and just the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quality down time. The sunset views were absolutely beautiful-we never missed one! Of course, champagne was a must for every viewing while in the jacuzzi.
Heimo and his team were equally impressive and so nice!!!!! He was super attentive, explained all the house details to a T and made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to get back.
I highly recommend any one of his properties.

We had a few small issues. When we called, we got a person immediately and they sent someone within a few hours to make necessary repairs. Great service, great people, great house. We have already booked a house through them for next year.

The house and view are gorgeous. The rooms are bright and airy. We loved sitting outside observing the canals, the fish jumping and taking dips in the warm pool. It would have been nice to have cushions on the loungers and backs of the patio dining chairs. The patio umbrella was appreciated during the morning and midday. A neighbor across the canal played his patio tv very loudly and blasted his music. When asked on two separate days to lower the volume he became extremely angry but did eventually comply. This shattered the serenity and relaxation.
The living room big screen tv needs a sound bar, we needed closed captions to help sift through the distortion. We bought a remote to operate the tv’s Netflix feature as the original Visio remote didn’t function and the manager said they wouldn’t provide this which left a bad taste in our mouths. The furniture was comfortable and ample with lots of throw pillows. The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious with plenty of bath towels, but new top sheets could be supplied. The kitchen is large and although the dishwasher did a poor job, everything else functioned well, making cooking together easy. There are plenty of restaurants close by with many ethnicities represented, lots of good places were discovered. The house is clean and well-maintained and we had a lovely time staying there and look forward to coming back to Cape Coral.

The entire process of rental was easy and Lares and his team where wonderful. The home was spotless and we are very fussy. The kitchen was well stocked , with lots of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The beds where comfortable. We ill use Seabim again .

The home we rented for our family vacation was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, had excellent amenities and a gorgeous view. Our guest consultant was helpful, friendly and responsive. We would definitely rent this home again!

My family and I had a wonderful experiences staying at two properties in Cape Coral, FL. The Seabim team is responsive and their homes are well designed and clean.

Communication was excellent. We were personally contacted with our questions prior to arriving and then upon arrival, we got to meet with Harold who spent quite a bit of time with us explaining features at the house along with places to visit in the area. He was like our personal concierge. We even appreciated the weekly visits to the house by Phillip to check on the house to make sure all was okay.
