Ich habe 2 Kleidergrössen verloren, bin fitter in meiner Leistung, wie niemals zuvor, kann wieder T-shirts tragen, ohne meine Arme zu verstecken und noch nie hat mich eine Sportart so zufrieden wie level up.

Motivation ist sehr gut, für die Umsetzung ist jeder selbst verantwortlich. Kreative und abwechslungsreiche Sporteinheiten.
Ich persönlich bräuchte noch mehr Input bzgl. der Ernährung.
Wer etwas für sich tun möchte, ist hier richtig!

Während meiner 10 Wochen Levelup bin ich super betreut worden und es war auch immer außerhalb der Trainingszeiten ein Ansprechenpartner da! Ich wurde stets motiviert und habe mein Ziel erreicht!

Es macht super Spaß,die Übungen sind auch Zuhause umsetzbar und man wird super motiviert durch die Gruppe!Klasse ist auch die Vielfältigkeit der Übungen

Die Trainerin pusht einen immer noch etwas aus der Komfortzone raus. Das Training ist schon sehr anstrengend, macht aber auch Spass und bringt vor allem etwas. Imke hat immer ein offenes Ohr und ist immer für die Teilnehmer da.
