Ich bin sehr begeistert! Nach der ersten Hypnose bin ich meine Schlafstörungen losgeworden, die ich schon seit frühster Jugend hatte. (ich bin jetzt über 40!) Ich konnte einfach nicht zur Ruhe kommen - lästiges ständiges Gedankenkreisen... Nach den vielen diesbezüglichen Therapien habe ich nicht mehr geglaubt, dass es für mich überhaupt noch möglich ist, einfach und erholsam zu schlafen.
Und seit der 2. Sitzung habe ich keinerlei Angstzustände mehr. Ich bin jetzt so glücklich (und ausgeschlafen) und frage mich immer, warum ich mich nicht eher an Herrn Glapa gewandt habe. Auch hier nochmal: Vielen vielen Dank!
