Mr. Luh provided comprehensive advice, picked out alternatives and pointed out the pros and cons of each booking option for our flights. For example, we initially regarded the snack box as a frill. But this way we were able to control our hunger, avoid expensive food purchases on the plane and eat more cheaply on arrival.

Advice was very good - our wishes were fully understood and the destination/hotel was chosen to suit us perfectly - it couldn't have been better!
Very good service, lots of support with the preparations, e.g. information on sensible insurance, booking seats on the plane and making appointments for the security check at the airport.

Super customer service! Spontaneous support when the outbound flight was delayed, then canceled and then a replacement was offered. After the end of the trip then additional support in the assertion of passenger rights, which would have been too complicated and time-consuming for me. But Michael Luh prepared the documents perfectly, I only had to sign. And just this extra service makes the difference!

After two vacation bookings through Sightliving we can only say: the service leaves almost nothing to be desired! When choosing the trip, the hotels and flight options, we were comprehensively advised and provided with material, got prompt answers to all our questions and could simply look forward to the trip after booking.
