I had an online seminar with Ms. Berger-Münster. She dealt very well with each individual situation, presented various solution strategies and always did a little reflection on topics that had already been discussed. Ms. Berger-Münster explained the contents of the seminar very clearly and we were always able to laugh a lot together, which led to a very nice group feeling. Many thanks for that.

The theory was explained with practical examples. Personal sensitivities for the application could also be discussed. Silvia Berger-Münster is very competent, she took our group along so well and motivated it in no unit came to a standstill in the short term. Each and every one of us contributed throughout. Thank you very much for the great time and the resulting motivation.

I took part in an introduction to autogenic training course with Silvia Münster-Berger.
The course was logically structured and it was easy to follow the "red thread" at all times. I particularly liked the timing of the exercises and the coordination of the individual practical and theoretical parts. Everything fit together very well and the supplementary information was valuable.
I recommend Silvia Berger-Müster without reservation to anyone who wants to experience a course in a positive and professional atmosphere.

The PMR prevention course is highly recommended. We did the PMR exercises in a small group and also other relaxation methods such as fantasy journeys. It was always a pleasant, calm atmosphere and Ms. Berger-Münster has a very pleasant manner, which additionally supports the relaxation.
