We can highly recommend them. Good financial advice. Tries to get the best out of it for you. Very competent. Once it took a little longer to get an answer. But you can still wait and when you get a correct answer. It's not bad at all. We felt very well looked after and very well and competently advised. The offer was also tailor-made for us and Simon had an answer for every thorn in our side and was able to dispel the last doubts.

So it was the first financial advisor who really helped us 1000% that we finally got our own home after years. And I would really recommend Mr. Santl to everyone he helps with every problem he knows his way around and even if there are problems then Mr. Santl always finds the best solution so really we were so super satisfied I really can't express it in words! We were so super satisfied, very competent and also very, very reliable. Many people can take a leaf out of his book. So once again really a top financial advisor. Thanks again Simon!

In addition to the good advice, Simon stood out by the fact that he
- arranged a loan with top conditions with the same credit institution that had originally turned us down (because we had no equity)
- was there for us at very unusual times, even sometimes offering telephone appointments at 10 p.m. to accommodate our times
- was very friendly and genuine, so we had the feeling he wanted to get us this loan primarily because of us, and only secondary because of his premium.
Anytime again, we don't even look at anyone else and know we will contact him as soon as we need a loan again. He is great, really!

I can fully endorse the previous recommendations.
Despite his age, Mr. Santl is very competent, very committed and extremely likeable. In the context of a more complex financing due to a partial subordinate financing, he has brought out the best for us. In the next step, he also worked out the overall concept for our finances and security.

He takes a lot of time and explains everything in a very understandable way. If he is not available by phone, we get a call back the same day. Depending on the urgency, Mr. Santl is also available at any time on the weekend.

We would like to thank him for the cooperation so far and we are also very much looking forward to further cooperation together!

Mr. Santl is a likeable and dedicated young man. He handled a construction financing for us. At the same time, he worked out an overall concept for our finances.
He took a lot of time for us and explained all our questions understandably. Mr. Santl even provided us with a folder containing all our financial documents. We are very satisfied and thank you again for the great advice. We would work with Mr. Santl at any time!
