The personal consultation by Ms. Adrianna Kontny on site at the home of my mother in need of care was absolutely competent and personal. All areas and topics were addressed and explained in detail and understandably. Therefore, we were able to assess and form our own opinion on the care situation and the measures to be taken. After request very fast advice and support. Weekly telephone contact by Sofiapflege, whether everything is in order.
The caregiver was very friendly and took care of my husband intensively She was very quick and well oriented in the household and procedures. Without much instruction, she saw what needed to be done.

I have had the very best experience with the head of Sofia Care for the Karlsruhe area, Valentina Nikonova. Humanly and professionally. She was available at any time of the day, a tremendous help when suddenly faced with questions that had to be decided quickly. The answers and help always came immediately and gave me a feeling of security, of not being left alone.
The caregiver she chose for my husband with much care and consideration fits him to a tee. She also came to my husband's apartment in person to meet him and me, and to see that everything was right for the caregiver.
I am happy and grateful to have met both Mrs. Nikonova and the caregiver. A real gift for the life of my husband and for me.
This care service (Karlsruhe area), I can only warmly recommend.

Katarina is an exceptional caregiver who cared deeply about our mother's needs and did everything she could to improve her quality of life.
She has a natural empathy, She is patient and sensitive. A close relationship developed between her and our mother.
Katarina was always there to help our mother. She is very reliable and dependable and can remain calm and professional in any situation.
We highly recommend Katarina as a 24 hour caregiver!

Our experience with Sofiapflege was top from A to Z! We were cared for in the Karlsruhe area by Mrs. Nikonova, who has a very good hand in selecting her caregivers individually. She has an eye both for the needs of the cared for and for the family constellations within which the caregiver must also find her way. Ms. Nikonova was always ready to talk, solution-oriented and took time for her clients as well as the caregivers even on weekends. She provided us with six caregivers in a row, all of whom we let go with heavy hearts. Each one had a high level of empathy, showed tremendous commitment and was completely trustworthy and reliable. All caregivers were motivated to meet the challenges given as well as able to relate to my father and give him the personal attention he needed.
I would recommend Sofiapflege and Ms. Nikonova, who is responsible for the Karlsruhe region, at any time.

We are deeply dissatisfied with the Sofia caregiver Ingrid Nemcova: she lied to us from the beginning. As a non-smoker, she went smoking all the time. Not once did she go shopping for the patient despite her request, but nevertheless enjoyed herself at Rossmann for her own needs. She prepared 3 meals a day on repeated request without having any idea about household. Have you ever eaten boiled cutlets? Horrible!!! The rest of the time she was on the internet in her room. The patient did not get any address. And all for 2880 euros for the caregiver. 491 euros commission for the mediation and twice 145 euros travel costs. An outrage!!!

We had a few teething problems but now we have a real pearl caring for our mother. Sophia Pflege takes care of all our needs and is always solution-oriented. We have a great consultant who asks from time to time if everything is okay and always has an open ear. It is tried to satisfy the people to be cared for and also the nursing staff. And there is always a way.

Service and accessibility ,also the inquiries about current status of the caregiver and satisfaction on both sides is a big plus ! Also the consultation by Mr. Gsell on site was exemplary ! After the assignment, a personnel proposal was submitted to us quite quickly. Since we were not satisfied with the work of the first caregiver, she was replaced within a very short time. We are very satisfied with both the successor and the current caregiver. There are regular exchanges with the agency so that any difficulties that may arise can be discussed and resolved. We have a fixed contact person who responds promptly to our call or e-mail, usually on the same day. We are very satisfied with the care situation in the agency as well as on site and can recommend Sofiapflege 100%.
