System ordered in November. Metering point arrived in December. Installed at the end of December despite not so great weather. System is running. Very professional team!
The delivery and installation has taken instead of the promised 3 days, 1ne week. But the system runs and we look sure 10 times a day on the app to see how much electricity we save us!
within 6 weeks the metering point was there. After 5 weeks, the system was installed. The final notification and commissioning then took 6 days.

Immediately after my inquiry, a consultant called me. The phone call lasted 10 minutes.
2 days later after this phone call, the company solarr sent me an electrician on site.
The electrician was there about 1h. has looked at everything without obligation.
7 days later I got an offer. I accepted this offer and the system was installed and in operation within 8 weeks. What more could you want

Have received a 10kwp system including storage 10kwh. Has lasted about 6 months. Allerrdings has the feed took a long time. But that is not the fault of solarr but of Wien Energie!

I was particularly surprised by the personal advice. Every question I had was always answered. Also by phone. My 50kwp system including N/A protection and bureaucracy was ready from signature to commissioning in about 4 months.

My experience with solarr.at was that the sale and advice was 1A. The metering point number was then there faster than planned. After that I had to wait about 8 weeks for a final construction date. This was fine for us, as it takes over 1 year with other companies as you know.
The construction site proved to be problematic, because various things did not work.
The company solarr has then instead of the planned 2 days, almost 2 weeks needed to take the plant endlicih in operation. That was a little annoying. However what one must say nevertheless: Despite the literal 10-fold effort and hours of work that the company has done was not charged a cent more. Therefore, hats off and thanks for the effort even if everything went a little bumpy. The end result counts and that fits 1A!!!
Also big thanks to the electrician Markus who was extremely friendly and always eager to explain everything to me. (Although I have not understood anyway the hölfte)
Very competent company. From placing the order to commissioning. There was always a direct contact person. Also the construction workers were very polite and always took the dirt they did
We had a 100kwp system installed on our office building. solarr did everything for us (except for the structural analysis), which we had to do ourselves. From project planning to commissioning the whole project took about 6 months.
Customer service was not always available but otherwise everything was tip top.
