There are certainly good reasons for you to give us this rating. We would like to understand these better in order to learn from them for the future. As you can see from the many good to very good ratings, we are generally a very reliable and regionally recognized company. Among other things, we have received the Ravensburg Business Award. That's why the statement that you thought we were "scammers" in the meantime hits us particularly hard. A few days have now passed and, as far as I can see, you have not responded to our message or at least not adjusted your rating.
I would therefore ask you to check your rating again and revise it if necessary. And, of course, our offer to talk to our Managing Director Anna Volz-Staudacher in person about the obvious continuing annoyance on your part and to look for possible solutions remains open.
