We felt we were in very good hands with Sophie. She does a great job with children and picks them up where they are. Her great empathy and special therapeutic approaches give her the ability to get access to my daughter in places where other therapists/doctors have made no progress and to make a difference. We are very grateful to her for this.
Really great concept, the skateboard workshops are also great, child-friendly and competent. 11/10 points 💙

The sessions with Sophie Friedel were exciting and beneficial in a pleasant atmosphere. Sophie is always interested, empathic and flexible, oriented towards the needs and wishes of the client, and supports and develops with good ideas. If you want to get involved with the content of gestalt therapy or brainspotting and receive competent and empathetic support in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then therapeutic work with Sophie is highly recommended...

Ms. Friedel's warm and approachable manner always made me feel that I was in good hands. Ms. Friedel leaves a lot of room for personal expression and manages to follow up on relevant points and find suitable interventions - but she also always reacts to personal feelings and checks whether certain methods resonate. In this way, she has facilitated a helpful and constructive process in which I have always felt noticed and which has supported me greatly on a mental and emotional level in my everyday life. I would highly recommend working with Ms. Friedel.

Together with Sophie, I have already been able to conduct several workshops with children and young people of different ages. Her planning and execution were absolutely professional. When dealing with the participants, I was very impressed by her empathetic manner and her ability to create a great dynamic even in heterogeneous groups. With her approach, she always takes the children with her, even if they seemed a little listless at first. In my business, I often deal with people who have taken skateboarding lessons with Sophie. Without exception, I receive positive to enthusiastic feedback from them about the workshops.

I have experienced Sophie Friedel as a compassionate, authentic and extremely friendly and humorous person. As a therapist, she brings immense expertise, modern and innovative methods to her coaching. She is creative, always has great ideas and finds the right words when you need them.
Especially for young people on their way to an independent life, her support is worth its weight in gold.
