Ich habe mich an Steffan aufgrund von scheinbar unüberwindbaren Problemen mit der DKV gewandt. Hier wurden mir von Seiten eines DKV-Vertreters Versprechungen gemacht die absolut nicht haltbar waren und von denen die DKV nichts wusste.
Dieser ganze Vorgang der gegenseitigen Schuldzuweisungen zwischen dem Makler der DKV und der DKV zog sich über 10 Monate hin.
Nachdem ich mit Steffan Kontakt aufgenommen hatte, konnte er den Vorgang innerhalb kürzester Zeit klären und so hat es Steffan geschafft, mir die zu Unrecht abgebuchten Beiträge rückwirkend wiederzubeschaffen.

Darüber hinaus war Steffan jederzeit anzusprechen und antwortete auf offene Anfrage innerhalb kürzester Zeit präzise, konkret und freundlich.

Von meiner Seite bekommt Steffan 6 von 5 Sternen und ich empfehle ihn uneingeschränkt weiter.
