The former Handball Bundesliga goalkeeper and referee has been coaching people to make the right decisions since he was 16.
He started as a trainer and coached young goalkeeper talents to make the right decision in a fraction of a moment through... body language and psychological strategies. One player even made it into the 1st Handball Bundesliga.
Through his more than 2o years as a trainer and coach in the rehabilitation and health sector and his subsequent time in sales, Steffen was able to observe the most diverse decision types, studied them and learned to understand them.
