We had a terrible damage. (Underfloor heating lost water, kitchen was under water).
Since we have laid tiles we did not know where the leak was or is.
So probably the nice lady on the phone as on the guys on site.
1. super nice.
2. found the leak
3. and helped to raise the tiles. 4.
4. stood with advice to the side
