Since the receptionist behaved so rudely towards us childminders, although there was clearly a mistake on the part of Störitzland, we will unfortunately not come here again. There were booking errors for the transfer - the booked bus only arrived after several phone calls (waiting time 40 min. with daycare children at 3° at the train station) because the booking was forgotten, ok, it can happen. On the return journey, however, the transfer had too few seats this time and had to run twice, we were annoyed as we had reminded them of the transfer with all the details the day before. We only just made the train. During the journey to the station, an employee of Störitzland was blaspheming on the phone with the driver (well, the hands-free system was unfortunately loud), saying that we could walk if it didn't suit us, it wouldn't do us any harm - we still find that so outrageous. When I immediately called the reception this was denied, no apology - we heard it ourselves... It should be mentioned that the transfer was an extra service that had to be paid for.
The educational activities on offer (Christmas scavenger hunt and baking cookies) were excellent. It's a shame, because the location and facilities are very nice. But for us as an institution, it no longer fits.

There was a cleaning problem in the guest house in the summer, as I was able to find out. There seems to have been a problem with the showers and discolored silicone. The cleaners checked this regularly and tried to remedy it, unfortunately this was not completely successful in some areas.
My research revealed that their complaint was responded to. The management has released a credit note for €30 (total bill was €146) + a further 15% (equating to a total refund of €42.90).
The case seems to be closed and therefore I cannot fully understand your assessment and I find it difficult to accept it. If there is still something outstanding, please contact us again.
Yours sincerely, Sven Gollub
