Susi Krausenecks Trainings sind immer praxisorientiert und darauf fokussiert, dass Teilnehmer das Gelernte auch anwenden können. Sie bezieht die Teilnehmer aktiv mit ein, vermittelt Wissen anschaulich und auf Augenhöhe und sorgt dafür, dass jeder Teilnehmer/-in die Learnings aus den Workshops mitnimmt, die er/sie benötigt. Besonders lobenswert ist zudem die Nachbearbeitung jedes Workshops von Susi Krauseneck in Feedbackgesprächen.
