Practical seminar with many examples that served to illustrate. Exercises made theory tangible. And personally I find them very appreciative, attentive, pleasantly calm, approachable and friendly.

The three-day seminar was a great experience for me and dealing with myself. I learned a lot about myself, how to deal with my feelings and my stress. Ms. Rosenbaum is a great coach with her own experience and many good tips and impulses, adapted to the respective problems of the participants. A nice way to get closer to yourself and to be more mindful with yourself.

Despite digital implementation, Ms. Rosenbaum was able to create a personal atmosphere with 8 participants.
