Unfortunately, there was no successful outcome. Nevertheless, the cooperation was very satisfactory - from the initial contact to the final meeting. Cornelius Then is a really experienced coach who accompanies you through all phases of the application process.
In addition to reviewing the application documents, he takes a lot of time to optimally prepare for interviews. He gives tips on how to successfully structure and present a self-presentation by giving constructive feedback and pointing out possible mistakes that one is not aware of and showing alternatives. Furthermore, Cornelius discusses possible questions that may arise in the interview and prepares them with one in the best possible way. It is always important to him that the answers are authentic and not arbitrary or standard. In this way Cornelius makes you feel comfortable and confident when presenting yourself to your potential new employer. He is the perfect coach in every respect! Thank you!
