I’ve been working with Ms. Schatton in coaching and training for many years, and I’m still amazed at how much I’ve been able to learn, take away, and change during this time. In addition to valuable insights, the work has also focused on building my self-confidence and composure in conflicts. Lasting change only came once I was able to let go of childhood issues—through communication exercises and constellation work.

I recently started watching *The Mentalist*. While watching, I noticed some fascinating parallels between the content of the coaching (learning to understand and read people) and the approach of the main character, Patrick Jane. It’s fun to recognize what I’ve already learned in the series and to consciously apply these methods—whether in everyday life, within my family, at work as a leader, or even while watching the show.

I’m very grateful for the timely, regular insights and the personal growth I’m experiencing through our collaboration, and I look forward to many more hours focused on the nuances of dealing with difficulties and conflicts.

Ms.
Linna Schatton actively assisted in the training course for the
NLP Practitioner (IN) certification from January 27, 2026, to February 23, 2026, in accordance with the guidelines of the IN—International Association of NLP Institutes—as an assistant for 95 hours. The course took place over 19 training days and comprised 130 training hours.

Ms. Schatton brought her NLP knowledge to bear in her role as an assistant, and she masterfully transitioned into the role of point of contact for the participants. She was equally successful in supporting me as a trainer while also serving as a point of contact and a competent knowledge facilitator for the participants on both the training days and the peer group day. I found her to be highly motivated, professional, and dedicated. At the same time, she was approachable and down-to-earth—which was fitting for a training program focused on personal change.
The feedback from the participants was also very positive.

On behalf of the team of trainers, I would like to express my sincere thanks for her outstanding collaboration.

First of all: It was a lot of fun working with Linna. Linna was assigned as an assistant in my NLP Practitioner course and fulfilled this role perfectly. Linna is very strong communicator: present, clear, empathetic, and at the same time "on the point." She is personable and open and brings a pleasant calm and clarity to group processes.
In one-on-one situations or in groups of two or three, she can, in my opinion, have an even greater impact, as her individual support, attention to detail, and differentiated feedback are particularly effective in these settings. Linna is perfect as a trainer, coach, or assistant in an NLP context, as well as in settings where professional competence and interpersonal skills are equally important.

Even after I emigrated to America for a job, Linna continues to accompany me regularly. I worked with her on site for several months and now online. When I have interpersonal conflicts that bother me, I turn to her. As soon as communication and conflict management with others reach an impasse, she is the one I seek out.
In short: clear communication, discretion, and working through old issues in the form of constellations and positioning have made me an even more confident, successful, and calm person. Thank you!

When I work with someone on communication and management, it's with Linna.
I was hesitant at first with all the wannabe entrepreneurs. But what makes one person a fraud makes working with Linna my personal secret weapon. I can only agree with another client whose reference I read. My main issue was more efficient time management, because my wife and I are executives in the same company and at some point I lost myself and her.
You can find out more about this type of work when you team up with Linna. In short: my wife and I are a team again. The work fits, the money fits, the time fits! Now we're working on the management style and corporate communication in the company. Thank you for keeping your word and for the progress we're making every day. Highly recommended!

I've been involved for a good 2 years now and I can only recommend coaching, especially in this form, to everyone. Everyone has dormant issues that need to be dealt with. And these exist in every situation in life (professional, private, etc.). Working with Linna is always respectful, honest and open-minded. This means that even topics that are unpleasant for you can be tackled well. I'm glad I took the plunge into coaching back then. It helped me a lot and continues to do so.

Linna is a wonderful coach and person! I always felt that I was in good hands with her. We were always able to organize the coaching very flexibly. Even when we had agreed on a topic: If something had just happened in my life that was more important, we made it a topic without further ado. I got to know Linna as a very special person. We are fellow coaches and met for the first time at the NLP seminar. This resulted in a special friendship in which we also supported each other, e.g. in group trainings or in exchange for 1:1 coaching sessions. The podcast episodes that we recorded together were particularly fun :)

Linna is an expert on relationship issues and a wonderful coach for relationships, families and teams. Her humorous way of getting to the heart of things has often helped me too. I heartily recommend her as a coach in difficult phases of life.

Linna has experienced strokes of fate and always manages to emerge stronger from them. "Empowering" is also the right word for her way of supporting other people in these difficult moments.

Linna has helped me to see many things more clearly and to recognize solutions. Her coaching sessions have taught me an incredible amount about myself. She has a keen sense for problems and I have the feeling that she sees through me very quickly, but in a pleasant, non-judgmental and empathetic way and she gets to the heart of the right issues. I also think it's great that she always gives me the space to decide for myself how to proceed and what to focus on, as sometimes a topic becomes relevant that could not have been planned beforehand. Linna comes across as absolutely authentic in her coaching sessions and her personal stories make the sessions even more valuable for me. I had an awesome experience being on Linna's podcast. Her preparation before getting on a call with me was on point, she knew who I was, she had gathered information about me, my content and what I was about and prepared really good and interesting questions. Before interviewing she asked me if there are things I would like to touch on throughout the interview which she made sure to incorporate. The interview itself was fluid and felt very natural - it was like a conversation for me. I loved being on her podcast and would love to come back for other episodes.

Linna is a fantastic woman and her work is just terrific. Through her programs and the 1:1 she taught me a lot about myself and others. I would like to give my feedback on the Lovingly Forever training course, because it was wonderful!

1. call
This is my absolute favorite topic! The psychography is so fascinating! I can't stop watching people and trying to figure out what type they might be.

After Linna explained psychographics, I googled it because I wanted to learn more about it, but that didn't help at all. She explained everything I read so well that I honestly wouldn't have understood it at all if I hadn't been to the call beforehand.

My relationship with my mom has improved a lot thanks to the model because I now understand her better and know why she is the way she is in some situations.

I can also support my cognitive type friend much better when he gets into stressful situations.

I also find it exciting that each type is much better at accepting different types of compliments.


2. call

This topic is so so so so brilliant! I'd never heard of it before and now I come across relationship games so often in everyday life. It took me a lot of courage to interrupt the first game. After that, I was so proud of myself. I'm really looking forward to Christmas with my big family, because there will definitely be some relationship games to watch!

What I find scary is how often I invite relationship games. That's definitely something I want to improve on.

Linna explains the topics with such ease that you can only love it. It's a lot of fun to attend her courses. It's always funny and never dry or stiff, as you know it from school or other seminars. I think it's great that we always have the opportunity to ask questions and are encouraged to join in.

3. call
When I first heard and read about nvc, I thought it was garbage. I thought the sentences were way too pompous and didn't come across as "real". Linna explained it so incredibly well in this call and showed it with examples that it now makes sense. I love the way she teaches. It's so much fun and you don't even realize how time flies.

My favorite part of the whole call was the topic with the maps. It makes so much sense why people don't understand each other if you don't know that. I don't understand why they don't teach this at school. That way you can resolve conflicts directly.

Thank you Linna for these great and valuable impulses!

4. call
These questions/sentences are such a game changer! I would be lying if I said they were easy to answer. But with your support in this call, it worked out much better!


Lovingly Forever made me realize how confused I sometimes communicate and then assume that the other person "should" understand me. Fiddlesticks!

There were even one or two situations in which I realized that I was falling back into old patterns and was able to avoid a huge discussion that would have simply been superfluous.
