In October and December 2023 I had two liposuctions on my legs bas with Dr. Uludag. I work in the hospital myself and already felt in incredibly good hands during the consultation because Dr. Uludag gave me really good advice in a very professional and expert manner. Before the operations, he went through every single step with me again and all my questions were answered. The follow-up appointments after the operation were more frequent, where any questions or pain could be clarified quickly. My wound healing also worked very well, which is why I didn't need a lot of painkillers or aftercare. When I look at the pictures of my legs beforehand, I would never have thought that I would look like this after about 6 months.

I had my upper eyelids tightened by Dr. Klöppel. Everything went well and I am also satisfied with the result. I had no pain, only a few days of swelling and bruising. The scar is almost not visible after three and a half months.

The surgery went very well, I had no pain at any time, not even a bluish discoloration after the surgery. About 10 years ago I had silicone breast implants placed. Since the implants unfortunately slipped over time and to my great concern even leaked, I sought the advice of Dr. Klöppel one and a half years ago. After a quick appointment and detailed consultation with Dr. Klöppel, the implants were replaced in a timely surgery. During the preparation, the procedure itself as well as the aftercare I was always optimally cared for and I have been very happy with the result ever since.

In the end, the axillary breast augmentation made me more than happy. No scars on or under the breast and the scars in the axilla faded. I would like to share my exclusively positive experience that I had in the practice of Dr. Klöppel.
I, male, 37 years, have decided to have liposuction in the practice, after years of unsuccessful attempts to get rid of my lower abdominal fat.
I have been doing sports (fitness/running) about 4 times a week for years, eat healthy (distribution of carbohydrates/protein/fat/calorie intake) and unfortunately have not been able to get a grip on my last fat deposits on the sides of my hips and lower abdomen, even after several years of training. Visually, it has resembled an hourglass of sorts. Back wide, upper abdomen narrow and wider again towards the hips, which I found unaesthetic.

During the conversation with Dr. Klöppel, we discussed the possible intervention. (I assumed that a complex abdominal muscle lift would be necessary, but Dr. Klöppel came to the conclusion that liposuction would be sufficient).
During the consultation I already decided on the proposed procedure and made an appointment.
The result is far beyond what I would have expected.
I am absolutely happy and satisfied; also the care of the whole team including the Iatros Clinic, where the procedure took place, deserve the highest praise and recognition.

With this in mind, I must state that the fitness industry promises six-packs and weight loss in the shortest possible time only through training and supplements, but this is a true, solid lie.

Ultimately, the ignorant layman goes home from the gym frustrated, doubting himself because he would not have the "mental strength" to keep up the training / dietary changes.
The reason is probably just that he has genetic fat deposits, as in my case, which cannot be conquered by pure training and nutrition.
The truth, however, lies in the mixture of sport, diet and possibly a cosmetic correction.

In January 2017, I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Klöppel.
I am completely satisfied with his advice and with the service and care provided by his staff.
The surgery was performed at the Iatros Clinic, where I felt comfortable from the beginning. The nurses are very nice and helpful. Although I was afraid of the surgery, since it was my first, but in no way I doubted the knowledge and skills of Dr. Klöppel and therefore I had full confidence in him.
Since I am very thin and I really wanted to have natural breasts, I decided to have round implants via underarm incision under the pectoral muscles.
Fortunately, I had relatively little pain after the surgery. I therefore took the pain pills mostly for their anti-inflammatory properties. It actually felt like a lot of muscle soreness. For me, it was also very reassuring to know that the practice was available by phone 24/7.
In the meantime, I am happy that I opted for the underarm incision because the scars are hidden in the armpits and are also barely visible thanks to the silicone gel.
Thanks to the procedure, I now feel much more comfortable in my skin, which is why I am very glad that I dared to take this step.

My surgery took place last year in September, now almost nine months later I am happy every day about the perfect result and feel now just incredibly comfortable in my skin. You could say that I have a very athletic figure, also do extremely much sport. My legs are relatively muscular, my upper body is actually quite normal. Nevertheless, my hips to lower abdomen were extremely pronounced or there was simply more fat than in the rest of my body. Of course I suffered from this and developed complexes that made me feel very uncomfortable as soon as someone saw me in a bikini. Through a recommendation I then came to Dr. Klöppel, with whom I immediately felt comfortable. Dr. Klöppel and his team made a very serious and competent impression. The surgical explanation and the aftercare were really first-class. No question was left unanswered. There were no complications and the scars healed very well. I do not regret my decision to have the operation and would have it done again by Dr. Klöppel.

After a long ordeal with the disease lipedema, a marathon of doctors and always pain in the legs, Dr. Klöppel was recommended to me.

After a weight loss of 15 kg and two pregnancies, I was very unhappy with my breasts. Sagging breasts were not exactly my dream.

So I contacted Dr. Klöppel's practice. From my very first visit, I found the friendliness of the entire practice team and the pleasant atmosphere in the practice very positive.
The consultation with Dr. Klöppel was very informative and enlightening. Dr. Klöppel also showed me "before and after" pictures and I could not believe at first that a breast can really be tightened so well. (I can now confirm that this is really the case with my own breasts).

The surgery took place on March 2, 2017 and today after almost three months I am very proud of my new breast.

The surgery went without any problems. I had hardly any pain and was able to leave the clinic after one night.

Lipedema! Finally pain-free and a whole new attitude to life

After being diagnosed with lipedema and always having painful legs, I became aware of Dr. Klöppel through a report on Bavarian television.
I then decided to have liposuction of my legs 3 months ago, as this was the only way to get rid of the pain and prevent the disease from spreading.
The conclusion after 3 months: I am completely thrilled! Not only is the pain gone, but my dress size has decreased from 42 to 38. The legs are no longer heavy as lead and aching, but after this short time you can already admire the great result of slim legs. You go through everyday life much more confident.

The entire team at Dr. Klöppel is top-notch. Everyone is very courteous. The information before the operation and also the care after the operation was excellent. You could contact the team at any time with questions and even after the surgery a doctor was always available by phone if you had any questions or problems.

Also for the follow-up appointments, time was always taken and all questions were always answered, as well as tips for the treatment at home were given. Here also a big praise to Dr. Metka.

My conclusion: I can only recommend the surgery with Dr. Klöppel to every lipedema patient. The feeling of being alive afterwards is just GREAT!

Breast augmentation in November 2016 from minus A to a great B/C cup at 325ml. Axillary incision, positioning under pectoral muscle. I had opted for 275ml due to my athletic nature and in the aftermath I am glad and grateful that Dr. Klöppel used 50ml more per side with the help of his umpteen years of experience and his aesthetically trained eye. The result after three months: Perfect! It seems to me that beyond my wishes, he also compensated for a slight asymmetry. The first month after the surgery was more than arduous, you don't have to fool yourself. Fortunately, one forgets such phases and pain, so that today I am overjoyed, relieved and somehow proud. In March 2016, I had a breast augmentation through the armpit performed by Dr. Klöppel. For me, only this method came into consideration, as I did not want to have any scars on the breast. The surgery went without complications and the entire pre- and post-operative care provided by Dr. Klöppel and his practice team was always professional, dedicated and cordial. If I had any problems I could call at any time and even on weekends I was called back within a very short time and given good advice/support.
I am very, very satisfied with the result (cup size 75E-F). The breast looks great, fits my body perfectly and I look at myself every day with gratitude and enthusiasm. Although I had a lot of pain after the surgery and the scars are also a bit longer due to the implant size, I don't regret my decision for a second.
