Coming from a culture that places little importance on specific insurance and (as I like to describe electronic trading) abstract investments, it was a bit of a challenge for the advisor to explain this to us.
Our consultant was Moritz. He did his job very well. All points in the conversation were explained in detail and he gave his personal opinion when he thought it was necessary. However, he was very respectful of our decisions and did not push us to accept products.
