Excellent, practical information, tips and tricks on the various TPG channels (website, webinars, Youtube, etc.).
Seminars at TPG are in very pleasant climate (room, people, etc.) and helpful/educational, but nothing to rest on (you are challenged :-)

Effizientes Reporting ist der größte Nutzen des Project Server. Alle Zahlen – auch die Finanzzahlen aus SAP – sind aktuell, zuverlässig und konsistent. Durch die Integration von Project Server mit SAP können wir den finanziellen Erfolg von Projekten beurteilen, indem wir Ist- mit Planwerten vergleichen. So hat das Management eine viel bessere Kontrolle.

Die Projektleiter arbeiten jetzt mit einem gemeinsamen Ressourcenpool für alle Projekte. Das bedeutet eine deutliche Erleichterung für die Projektplanung, denn nun müssen sie die Abgleiche nicht mehr manuell durchführen. Voneinander abweichende Listen gibt es nicht mehr.
