We were on vacation in Denmark for a week for two with our dog. Our vacation home, which we found at Traumferienhäuser24, liked my wife and I very much and so we also booked directly online. Unfortunately, it turned out on site that the sofa was replaced, the garden was unkempt, the light in the outdoor jacuzzi did not work and mold was found in the bathroom. Furthermore, the mattresses in the bedroom were so dirty. For us it was clear that we will not spend our vacation there. We tried in vain to reach the landlord on the spot by phone. Unfortunately, we had no luck with it, so we called the customer service of Traumferienhäuser24. After a short wait, a very friendly employee was available, who first had to listen to our frustration. He tried to calm us down and promised to immediately pass on the grievances on site in the vacation home to the appropriate place. Even though it cost us some nerves, we are glad to have booked here, because the customer service immediately booked us another vacation home at their expense, so that we could move and also enjoy the well-deserved vacation.
