We became aware of Roland Kruse through the Internet. Now we are at the point that we know which door it will be and look forward to the further procedure. We have or had the good fortune to be served by Roland Kruse from the beginning. He was always friendly and conscientious. The offers also came quickly and as agreed. Price-performance ratio can be seen, otherwise we would not have driven from Lünen extra to Brilon. We are already looking forward to our new doors including an all-round carefree package.

After a long search for doors and flooring, we became aware of this company through social media. Mr. Kruse is very friendly and responds to wishes professionally and customer-oriented. He explains the advantages and disadvantages for us laymen, so that we reconsider our own wishes and ideas. We especially like the fact that you can leave there satisfied without being forced to buy. He prepared well for the appointment and took the necessary time for the consultation. (Interior doors, front door and flooring)We are already looking forward to our new doors and our parquet floor! Roland Kruse gave us super advice on the subject of interior doors and flooring! Through the good explanation of the properties of all products, we were able to find a favorite for us very quickly in some areas. In the areas where we felt unsure, Roland gave us honest recommendations, which we gladly trust with his expertise. He took a lot of time for us and explained all questions well understandable.

We were at Roland Kruse today for door and parquet consultation. We were greeted very friendly and with delicious coffee. The exhibition is clearly structured and super clear and we were advised step by step through it. Roland took 3 hours for us, we really got every question answered and tips and tricks for the conversion was free. Very transparent pricing, explained in a comprehensible way. We were especially pleased that we were allowed to take floor to view, when we were struggling with the decision at one point.
Super pleasant atmosphere in the exhibition and in the workshop, obviously also among the employees.
And the best thing: Roland understood exactly what we were looking for and so you go home not only with beautiful doors and floor, but with a whole room concept. This makes the conversion really fun!

The planning of the floors and doors for our new building was excellent. After the detailed explanation on how to deal with parquet floors, we actually chose it for our living-dining area and are very happy about it. Mr. Kruse was 100% responsive to our requests and we are already looking forward to the implementation and installation in our own home. When we were on the fence about choosing a color, we were given a hassle-free tour of the showroom via Facetime - saving us a trip there. A modern glass loft door will also adorn our hallway in the future! This add-on came up for us during the on-site appointment. 👏🏻
In summary: Very competent and modern advice! We recommend to every home builder! 😊

Roland Kruse is the absolute specialist for any kind of doors (and floors)!
We have bought our front doors, interior doors and floors from the door expert and are very satisfied.

First, we met in the exhibition for an extensive consultation. In the process, we were well supplied with coffee and drinks!

If you are still unsure what exactly you are looking for, you should definitely stop by the showroom in Brilon. The visit will be worthwhile in any case.

When you start talking to Roland, you realize how enthusiastic he is. He has an incredible clue. Not only about doors, but also about design & co. He can practically read from a Pinterest board on home decor what doors to have. If you're going to buy doors, buy them from Roland.
