In fact, I find that the program (Moodle, videos, etc.) is too outdated and therefore price / performance do not cover 100%. Which is a pity! But the criticism does not go to you. I think everyone who has met you as an instructor knows that it is not easy for you to work in this framework and to ensure quality. In a pleasant atmosphere, you face a woman with a very sympathetic, positive charisma! Coupled with a competence and a very nice way to point out mistakes made. Ms. Rey does everything not in a lecturing, but in a lucid way! No matter if it is about breathing, posture or certain exercises. After a short time you feel in good hands. Any questions that arise are answered by her with kindness, patience and understanding. I feel completely comfortable and in very good hands with Ms. Rey.

I have never been super slim, but I have always had a nice flat stomach and slim waist. After the pregnancies I have always lost weight well, but a little flab has remained on the hips. After the second SS a belly was added, I knew right away that it was not just flab, that something was wrong. I tried with different weight loss programs to lose weight on the belly, without success. I was positively shocked at how much belly "disappeared" after I started wearing the belt and doing the exercises. I really physically felt the organs shifting back into their proper positions. My diastasis is much smaller and my internal abdominal muscles are stronger again. But I also realized that you have to stay consistent with the exercises. I still have a little bit of a bulging belly, but my waist is more visible again. These results motivate me to keep at it and in combination with further sports activities I will surely reach my dream of a normal flat stomach.
Thanks to Katrin Rey and the Tupler technique, I finally have better posture and body tension and therefore no more pain. I can also do sports again without fear of "breaking" something. Unfortunately, the diastasis is not closed yet. After doing the basic program, I did not manage to continue incorporating the exercises into everyday life, as they became too time-consuming on the one hand, and boring on the other. However, I still feel stronger and more powerful than before. I also notice an improvement visually. I can therefore recommend Katrin Rey without reservation! The Tupler technique definitely helps, but you have to keep at it. Katrin is very appreciative, kind and competent. Her videos are also great. I can finally feel my pelvic floor muscles and the transversus and know exactly what sport I can do.
