My experience with Verbraucherdienst e.V. has been positive.
Of course, I incurred costs, since the consumer service is only active for members and I first had to acquire a membership. But I was informed about this in advance and agreed to it. Even if I usually had doubts whether or what the cooperating lawyer would achieve in my matter, Ms. A. Krause always managed to calm me down.
Without any further costs, the file of my matter against CopeCart/PayPal was closed on 17.05 in my favor.
