The very detailed evaluation of our house was for us the sign to work here with the right real estate agent. It was important to us that our house gets into the right hands, as we still associate many emotions with our immobile after the sale. After 21 years, the house simply became too big and we moved into a nice city apartment, but here for rent. Due to the very attractive sales price, more time due to less maintenance of garden, cellar and Co. and the financial buffer, we are now overjoyed to be able to tackle the next stage of life together. You have our recommendation. Please still work a little on the accessibility at rather non-typical times (many have to work during the day), then everything fits so far. With kind regards

We are growing, housing is not - After the announcement that we will become parents for the third time, it was clear that our apartment will be too small in 9 months at the latest. Thus, we hired you for the quick sale of our beloved apartment and the search for something new in or out of town. We do not want to go into much detail about expertise, discretion and more, because that was really good. It was also good that the apartment (with unfortunately still one room too few) was sold in only 3 weeks to a grateful older couple from the Saarland. But we could even still live in our old apartment for 7 months as agreed. Well negotiated, thanks to you. We have found, also through you, a suitable apartment temporarily for rent. The house construction is a bit outside and here it is just starting. Many thanks to you :)

I came across you through my work colleague. Since a move - job change within the group as an engineer - was pending, it should go quite quickly with the sale of my apartment. It was important for me to choose the right person and to have everything taken care of. I simply didn't have the time to take care of the sale of the property while moving to a city almost 450 km away. They took extremely much off my hands, sold the apartment within only 2 months and also organized things well afterwards, since I was no longer on site. I have not heard anything from the new owners after the handover and I am happy to have worked with you. I would also like to thank my former colleague for the recommendation and the time saved.

Good real estate agent for houses! With the entry into retirement age, we considered selling our property (a house) through a real estate agent. The proceeds should be enough for us to finally live and explore the world. It took only 3 months, then our house, very beautifully situated on a hillside, was sold. You even helped us to find a rental apartment in the, for which we would like to thank you. What could be done better? Limit the number of viewings a bit and coordinate the real estate ad with us, otherwise everything was so right.

Since a move to the parental home near Chemnitz was pending and this opportunity does not often arise to get a house in a great location, we decided to sell. After the first meeting and the consultation with a lot of calm we have decided for you as our broker in Chemnitz. Our apartment in a period building on the popular Kaßberg was professionally sold by you as a competent and friendly broker within only 1 month to an investor from the area of Upper Bavaria. We only had to help with the procurement of the documents, the rest was largely taken over. We also did not have to go to the notary together, which was very dear to us. With our third addition to the family, the apartment became too small, unfortunately. Regardless of the fact that we could not add on in an apartment and thus had to sell, it was also not exactly easy to find something new on the market with more rooms. The sale had to be quick, that worked. It was also to find nice buyers who would appreciate our apartment as we once did. We ended up living in it happily for 7 years. Our advantages were that you, as a real estate agent, simply took almost everything off our hands. Since we could not be fully present or actually present at all for the handover, you made this celebratory moment for our buyers great, sympathetic, with time and professional. Rescue, thank you for that.
