From the 1st contact to the conclusion of the contract, the advice and support was very competent and individual. There was no scheme in the conversation "reeled off", but my concerns and expectations as an insured person were perceived and discussed. The preliminary work of the team of insurance broker experts is remarkable. Despite the abundance of information, one is guided safely through the questions, the contract documents are provided very clearly and the homepage is updated. An all-round perfect service and 100% recommended for sifting through the jungle of paragraphs and finding a suitable insurance policy.
"My expert" Ms. Reischl is my personal highlight! The contact was/is very friendly, understandable and she was always open for questions. Thank you very much!

no problem :-) we are happy to offer a neutral comparison, even if you already have insurance elsewhere. However, it would be nice if you would not consistently rate us with only 3 out of 5 stars on this basis. That suggests that you were not satisfied with our service at various points (but that is not actually clear from your comment).
