Super competent and friendly advice. All my questions were answered clearly and transparently, so that I understand the subject matter even as a layman. Therefore, I have finally been able to take out a BU and also the revision of outdated / unnecessary insurance or the merger of insurance after marriage has worked out great. I am absolutely thrilled and can only warmly recommend this insurance broker. I have already looked for some insurances myself, but when it came to choosing a good occupational disability insurance, I felt overwhelmed and was very grateful for the provider-independent and extremely competent advice from Mr. Leistenschneider. With patience, understanding and great reliability, his colleague Ms. Klomfass and he himself accompanied me on the way to finding a suitable BU for me. If I had any queries, they responded immediately and I was provided with comprehensive information via online consultation. Both of them supported me to the best of their ability in filling out the health questions and the anonymous preliminary inquiries, so that I finally found a good provider and was able to bring the whole thing to a good conclusion despite a very turbulent private and professional year with extremely limited time capacities. I am very grateful to both of them for this and am happy to recommend them!

Above all, I would like to emphasize the permanent transparent processes and the reliability.
With the complex topic of occupational disability insurance, I was positively very surprised. Mr. Leistenschneider was very quick and thorough in reviewing and working through the health data. He was always transparent and made the opportunities/risks clear. Uncertainties were taken away and explained through constant communication. I was very satisfied with the entire process with insurance broker Leistenschneider. From the initial non-binding meeting to the conclusion of the occupational disability insurance, Mr. Leistenschneider provided exceptionally good advice. The sifting and working through of the health data was done very quickly and thoroughly by Mr. Leistenschneider. He was always transparent and made the opportunities/risks clear. If I had any questions, Mr. Leistenschneider was always available, and if I was uncertain, he knew how to convince me with well-founded arguments. As a result of the trust that this created, I made use of further services. For example, Ms. Klomfaß's advice on household, liability and pet owner's liability insurance was also always friendly, informative and goal-oriented. Just like Mr. Leistenschneider, she was transparent and advised independently of providers. In communication, both were quickly accessible and very friendly. Many thanks for the support!

I was overwhelmed by the multitude of different insurance policies and the points to consider when making a choice, so I turned to Mr. Leistenschneider and his team. My uncertainty quickly evaporated, because I was given extremely competent, reliable, transparent, friendly and precise advice. In addition to the great personal support, the digital communication also worked wonderfully (e.g. uploading documents in a protected app). The different providers were compared in an understandable way and explained in a comprehensible way (e.g., also with the help of videos), so that it was absolutely easy for me to choose a private health insurance. When I was appointed to the civil service as a teacher (lateral entry, i.e. not until my mid-thirties), I had to switch to private health insurance. Although every private health insurance company claims to offer the best benefits at low prices (especially for civil servants), what you can actually expect in terms of coverage and costs, especially with pre-existing conditions, can vary quite a bit. Because in my case my wife was also to switch to the insurance company, I sought professional support from Mr. Leistenschneider.

And the support was professional! In addition, very competent, independent, open and at the same time personal. We were able to contact him with any question or problem and were guided step by step through the process of switching health insurance companies - from viewing the patient files of our doctors to selecting suitable insurance policies and rates to completing the formalities, we were never left to our own devices at any point.

I would recommend Insurance Broker Leistenschneider at any time with a clear conscience!

Mr. Leistenschneider and his team have been advising me for some time now and are currently managing several of my insurance policies, although I have never been offered any insurance. I'm not really a fan of "consultants like that", but they place a lot of value on transparency and pay attention to my specific needs and wishes. This gives me the feeling of being supported very competently. I would also like to positively emphasize the extensive market comparisons of insurances, for example. Here, all insurances are really compared with each other (similar to well-known comparison portals, only more comprehensive) or I can also have certain insurances compared with each other at my own request and form my own opinion. You can't get more transparency than that. In addition, the contact is very friendly throughout and answers are given quickly. The processes (e.g. the conclusion or administration of insurance policies) are also very pleasant and modern, but at the same time still personal. All in all, highly recommended!

I became aware of "Versicherungsmakler Leistenschneider" because I was looking for a private health insurance in the course of my upcoming retirement. I personally do not know/knew myself at all in the area and hardly knew what to do with the many different health insurance companies and their rates.
Mr. Leistenschneider took care of my concerns in great detail; he explained to me what was important and what had to be taken into account and then also made inquiries with insurance companies. He worked closely with me to prepare the necessary data and documents and was always available for queries (even on vacation). Despite a bumpy road due to some rejections from insurers, I was able to conclude a very satisfactory private health insurance policy in the end - due to Mr. Leistenschneider's expertise and always goal-oriented advice. Would do it again and again. Absolute recommendation!
