The experience/reviews are as clearly positive as they are marked. wb24 has looked after all my insurance policies for decades. I was recently approached about a change to the policies, which would result in better and cheaper cover by merging them. Two proposals were made, each with alternatives to add or omit. After further information and answers to my questions, I was then able to determine the contract points directly by telephone, thanks to the expertise of my advisor and the information she was able to retrieve directly from the system. The conversation was always pleasant and focused on the customer.
