We would like to inform you that we were very satisfied with the organization for our short trip to Milan! The location of the hotel (Hotel Sanpi) is ideal for sightseeing tours, was clean and the staff very friendly. Our seats at the San Siro were very high up, we had a great view of the game and the steepness of the stands was very impressive. Fortunately, we saw a game with 4 goals, even if the game was not always attractive, as Roma played very defensively. It definitely paid off though! By the way, we actually had to show our passports at the entrance. About the MilanoCard - the pickup is not directly in this building with the number 87, but is across the street in a traffic free place between the lanes
in a green kiosk where it says "Quotidiana". This was a bit of a hassle to find, because of course we first looked at no. 87 (a tobacconist's is inside there, among other things). Fortunately, we then read the note with the hint to the kiosk. We would not have needed the MilanoCard, because there are also 3 day tickets for € 12,00. The discounts through the MilanoCard are not possible everywhere, so the € 14.00 extra charge for the MilanoCard was not necessary, because we only got a 10% discount (€ 2.40) on the Hop on Hop off bus. It is also in 3 days time hardly possible to visit so many sights to get a total of more than € 14, - discount.

But as mentioned at the beginning, everything OK and a wonderful short vacation.

Fully deserved 5 stars. One of my personal highlights of 2022 was the father-and-son short trip to Manchester for the epic derby between City and United at the Etihad. Yes, it wasn't cheap. Yes, it was worth every penny. The service provided by Fanreisen24 was impeccable. A bit of a thrill was included: the tickets didn't arrive on your phone until the day before the game. So you travel there and don't have the tickets in your hand. That's quite a test. But it went smoothly. The hotline also responded immediately the day before the match. In short: Gladly again. Poor advice on the hotel, although you must be informed on the part of the travel agency that this hotel is a filthy stable. Whether room, hallway or walls, everything is run down. Poor advice, resulting in a loss of about € 200.00. When booking a soccer match in Liverpool, I was told that the match had been moved to another day, which meant that I had to extend a day.
It turned out that only the time was moved. I was also given a hotel, which was a flophouse. Terrible hotel and amateurish handling.
Everything at the risk of the customer. Never again this travel agency.

Everything went exactly as planned. Negative was that 2 days later I was Corona positive. Overall it was a great experience.

Everything has worked out so far! Only one hotel room was very borderline. Very small and unpleasant smell! We have reported it to the reception but found no hearing because the room is the booked category accordingly. It is but neimand gone to look. The match and the city of Madrid have pleased us very much.
